HOW TO USE

A nighttime routine to help you drift off, naturally

1. Spritz Goodnight Pillow Mist 1?3 times around the room and lightly over your pillow. Hold at arm?s length from the pillow when spritzing.
2. Apply Relaxation Remedies to Roll to pulse points before bed.
3. Breathe in the aromatherapeutic scent, sleep deeply and wake up refreshed.

Avoid contact with eyes. Avoid use in case of known allergy to listed ingredients.

Goodnight Pillow Mist
Bottle with snap-on pump: Blue Glass/Plastic. This cannot be separated from the pump. Bring the whole pack into participating stores and we'll recycle them for you.

Remedies to Roll ? Relaxation
Bottle: Blue Glass. Please recycle in your kerbside recycling or with green bottles at your local bottle bank.
Cap: Plastic PP. These are recyclable but not all local authorities accept them yet. Please check with your local authority if they can be disposed of in kerbside recycling or at a collection point. Remove the lid and recycle separately.
Ball & Housing: Plastic PE. These are recyclable but not all local authorities accept them yet. Please check with your local authority if they can be disposed of in kerbside recycling or at a collection point. Where possible, re-apply to the bottle to guarantee the best chance of being recycled.

Carton: FSC? card. Recycle in your kerbside recycling, or at household recycling centres.
Tissue paper: Recycle in your kerbside recycling, or at household recycling centres.
